Bloom: a spring time re:connect 🌷🫶🏼💞

Bloom 🌷

A springtime reconnect class designed to awaken what’s been quietly waiting within you!!

Expect a flow, meditation, and restorative rest all in efforts to gently peel back the layers of winter and invite renewal in. We’ll shake off the heaviness, dust off what’s been tucked away, and let your effervescence rise back to the surface.

Come unfurl. Come exhale. Come bloom.

A weeknight version of our Connected meditation experience: a class that’s slowed down, generous and nourishing: if we could put every soothing practice into one package, it would be this. Think: a vibey, grounded flow to awaken the body (just enough) to prepare for deep and steady restorative, and all leading up to a guided meditation practice that will help you remember and reaffirm your connection to yourself.

Expect: A class that leads you into meditation by building up a movement practice to steady and soothe the body. Steady paced flow, options to modify, and music that catches the vibe and helps you surrender, reconnection with yourself, a mix of shapes and stillness, meditation

Perfect for: students who know meditation works wonders but need to shake it out first, anyone who wants a generous helping of grounding, perfect for newer students and those want a slower class or need to be restored.

AWAKEN: a course for humans who want to do their best now.
Mar

AWAKEN: a course for humans who want to do their best now.

This is a training for humans.

The world is bat-shit insane. And then you walk into yoga. And things feel… more manageable. Your anxiety shuts up for just enough time that you think: “Ok. I can do this.” The huge, towering worries shrink just enough for you to see over the tops of their heads.

There’s a reason why you feel that way.

There’s a reason why yoga works.

And all you want is to figure out how to take what happens to you in yoga, and how it makes you feel, and what it makes you think you’re capable of, and who it makes you believe you can be: and bring that to EVERYWHERE.

What if you could show up in the rest of your life like that? What if you could take what happens in yoga, and make it what happens wherever you show up?

Here’s why yoga works: yoga isn’t just a trend. It’s a spiritual practice that combines movement, energy transformation, ancient practices, sacred texts, and centuries of wisdom and knowledge passed down, voice to voice, from dedicated teachers who have given their entire life to enriching others.

Things you can’t learn in just one group class.

We don’t want to hide what’s behind the curtain. In fact, we want to lift it up. Invite you in. And show you exactly why and how.

You’ll learn tools from teachers who have honed them over years of practice. You’ll learn tools that will help you hone your vision for your life - and tools you’ll keep with you - forever.

This is Awaken - a compassionate course for the truly devoted, for humans who want to do more, be more, and find more: with us.

Awaken takes place Saturdays from 1-5pm on the following dates:

March 14th: AWAKEN Day 1 of 6

March 21st: AWAKEN Day 2 of 6

April 18th: AWAKEN Day 3 of 6

April 25th: AWAKEN Day 4 of 6

May 9th: AWAKEN Day 5 of 6

May 30th: AWAKEN Day 6 of 6

and is taught by the following staff:

Bec Gathmann-Landini, Fatima Rizvi, Chelsea Goodman, Kristen Petliski, Joanna Asher, Jennifer Myers, Brianna Stavola and Dr. Victoria Farris.

*EARLY BIRD: $975 until Feb. 1

PRESS PLAY: b e a t l e s Centered + Steady edition

what is there even to say. everything you love, with the foursome from across the pond. CENTERED + STEADY When we say yoga is for everyone, this class is what we mean: a relaxed environment that’s about tuning in, understanding the mechanics of movement, and connecting to the self. A steady, alignment based practice - lots of insightful instruction, specific movement, cueing, and limited flowing from pose to pose, oftentimes with a theme to convert complex philosophy into easy to practice everyday wisdom. Expect: Class begins with a gradual warm-up to ready the body for larger shapes that are held for longer so they can be explained and experienced in the body. This class often has a guiding principle or idea to connect the practice to yoga philosophy and other limbs of yoga. Class will often also have breathwork, some short meditation, and encourages the use of props to support the different shapes made with the body. Some light upbeat music to no music, always with the breath being the primary focus. Perfect for: beginners, newbies, former ashtangis, alignment lovers, anyone with mobility issues who might need more time with props, instruction, and options to modify. Experienced practitioners will still find lots of options and opportunities to enhance their own practice.
