We recommend bringing a water bottle, yoga mat, and wearing any athletic clothing that helps you feel comfortable when you move. We have filtered water available to refill your bottle if we get extra thirsty. Our space has any and all props you might need in class, but feel free to bring your own if you have them!
If you need to rent a mat, no worries! Our members, including you, get mat rentals for free!

All our classes are different, because we all have different goals. Some classes are a sweaty work-out/work-in, some classes are gentle, meditation based, some classes are designed for beginners! We recommend reading our class descriptions here, so you can find the right class for you.
All our classes have the following hallmarks:

a theme or meaning to guide class
conscientious instructors who want the practice to work for you, on and off your mat

Yoga works best when you practice consistently. We recommend a minimum of 1 class and for best results, 2-3 classes a week. Luckily, there’s all kinds of ways to practice, so you have options for every day, however you feel, and whatever you need. Plus, you’ll never get bored!

There’s no such thing as “good” at yoga. 😉 And no one was born doing warrior 2. Can’t touch your toes? Doesn’t matter! That’s why we’re here.
With our guidance, support, and community, you’ll move closer to your goals for yourself, and that matters way more than being “good”.

That depends on you! There’s magic in repetition; we highly recommend trying out a variety of classes and styles so you find the classes and teachers who will support you in your individual journey.
That said, you might notice an immediate shift in your mood, anxiety levels, stress management, and overall well-being after just one class.
