This edition is all about allowing ourselves to experience thankfulness, appreciation, and connecting to the reality of our abundance. If you haven't experienced restorative, it's an all abilities, all experiences practice for all bodies. The focus is on deep, supported rest using props to hold gentle shapes that release us into a deeply meditative state, calms the body, and helps the mind feel at peace.
