What should students expect in your classes?
Students can expect a thoughtful, slower-paced practice centered around presence, connection, and mindful movement. Classes incorporate gentle mobility work, breath, and a guiding theme throughout. Expect intentional movement, reflection, and a balance of strength and ease.
When you're not practicing yoga, what do you like to do?
I love spending time by the beach, traveling, reading, and cooking for people I love.
What/who inspires you?
People who trust themselves enough to live authentically, meaningful moments of connection, being in nature.
“I hope students leave feeling more peaceful, present, and a little lighter - both mentally and physically.”
What do you love about yoga?
Yoga has been a constant in my life, something I can always count on no matter what season of life I am in. My practice is something deeply personal to me, something I care about, protect and continue to grow alongside. It has also connected me to some of the most beautiful human beings and has given me a true sense of community that I am incredibly grateful for. I love that yoga can challenge you, ground you, humble you and strengthen you all at the same time.
What challenges you in yoga?
Meeting myself where I am each day. Letting my body guide my practice instead of my ego.
What are the MOST important things you want your students to walk out of your class having experienced?
I hope students leave feeling more peaceful, present, and a little lighter - both mentally and physically. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, I hope my classes can offer an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with themselves.
